Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Hardgainer iPhone app, provided by Umur Gokalp. App Store purchases are also covered by Apple’s standard licensed-application terms. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

The app

Hardgainer is a personal coaching app. It is not medical advice and it does not promise results.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16. Some features are only for users who are 18 or older.

Purchases

Paid access is sold through the App Store. Prices and any trial are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in your Apple ID settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Acceptable use

Use the app for yourself. Don’t misuse the service or submit content you don’t have the right to use. We may suspend access if we need to protect the service.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for outcomes from using it. Where local consumer law says otherwise, that law applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the current version. If you don’t, stop using the app and cancel any subscription with Apple.
